Job Description

Purpose of Role:

Weir Minerals is contributing towards skills development, by providing opportunities to graduates to enter a two-year graduate program in the field of Marketing.

Key Tasks:

Support the marketing department and key accounts department with:

• Day-to-day operational and administration requirements
• Invoice processing
• Support with coordinating internal and external events
• Support with internal communication campaigns
• General departmental house-keeping (including the marketing storeroom and library)
• Support with data administration and integrity in the CRM system
• Perform adhoc desk research, as required
• Maintain a database of research, competitor intelligence, and marketing materials
• Provide support with preparing marketing collateral, including design work
• Provide support to digital marketing and brand management strategies
• Prepare excel workbooks and provide basic analysis as required by the department

Minimum Qualifications:

• Marketing degree Or
• Business Management degree

Minimum Skills/Abilities:

• Computer Literate – MS Office Suite
• Good oral and written business communication at all levels
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Ability to plan and prioritise work activities
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
