Job Description

The Internship program is designed to allow graduates to gain development skills to enable career progression within the organization.

The role will be supported by a learning and development program, which will provide the successful applicant with both on-the-job training, mentorship, a formal training curriculum as well as cross-functional job rotation opportunities.

The following Internship Programs are open for applications:

IT Developer Intern

•  Relevant Degree such as BSc Computer Science or Software Development

Back Office Intern

• BCom/Business Administration degree or diploma

Human Capital Intern

• B Degree with Industrial Psychology as major

Client Services Intern

• NQF 7 qualification in Business Management or finance-related.

Trading Desk Intern

• BCom degree required
• 3 main RPE’s required

Human Capital Intern

• Recently completed relevant Human Resource management or similar Degree
