Job Description
We currently have great opportunities available in Gauteng for NQF 4 Learnerships located at The South African Breweries (SAB) based in Sandton.
A Learnership is a structured learning program for gaining knowledge and practical skills in the workplace leading to a qualification, registered on the National Qualification Framework.
The duration of a Learnership/Internship is twelve months from 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2022.
Workplace experience Role
To deliver on the promise of building our own pipeline, we have the following program in place at SAB to help usher our young South Africans into a prosperous future:
The key purpose of this learnership is to provide learners with an opportunity to join cross-functional teams to create, deliver and support different projects and products within the Technology function of the business.
The following Learnership Programmes are open for application:
Contact Centre Learnership
- Grade / Matric certificate (mandatory)
- Customer focused attitude
Business Analysis Learnership
Relevant Diploma i.e.
- IT
- Business Management,
- Computer Science,
- Logistics,
- Supply Chain
Business Administration Learnership (People Living With Disability)
- Relevant Diploma, Degree or Completing last year of studies requiring workplace experience
- Mathematical Literacy
Systems Support Learnership (People Living With Disability)
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT, Completing last year of studies requiring workplace experience
End-User Computing – People Living with Disability
- Diploma or Degree or final year completing their Diploma or Degree
Candidates residing in the following Regions are encouraged to apply:
- Gauteng: Alberton, Krugersdorp, Pretoria & Johannesburg
- Limpopo: Polokwane
- Western Cape: Cape Town
- Eastern Cape: Gqeberha
- KwaZulu-Natal: Durban
Stipend Amount: R4 000 monthly with a completion bonus.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
In order to be considered for this learnership opportunity we require you to meet the following requirements:
- Relevant Diploma, Degree or final year completing their Diploma or Degree
- No more than 2 years working experience
- Be a South African citizen by birth
- Between the ages of 18 – 35
- Must not be employed or studying full time
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Fully proficient in English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
