Main Purpose:

Gather and interpret business requirements from stakeholders using BA techniques. Participate in the solution design process and JAD sessions. Prepare the requirements documents specification, documenting and mapping business processes. Analyses and identify relevant business processes. Performing business analysis and process improvement within assigned project. Provide assistance to Business Process Analyst Manager.

This role works closely with clients from the WITS community, complements the roles found anywhere else within the community

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and interpret business requirements
• Develop and enhance business processes
• Document and map As-Is processes.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement.
• Redesign, improve and develop to-be processes
• Scope and develop functional requirement documents
• Liaise between various stakeholders supported/impacted by a process to resolve integration issues.
• Taking part in functional testing and user acceptance testing

Requirements:

• Business Analysis certification
• Bachelor Degree in either Information Systems, Informatics or Computer Science or Engineering

Preferences:

• Business Process Mapping Certification
• Business Analysis Certification
• The candidate must be willing to start immediately
