Bursary Details:
Fort Hare Foundation Student Trust Fund: De Beers Bursary 2021 / 2022
DURATION: Three years for a 3-year degree; Four years for a 4-year degree.
Requirements:
- Age 18-25 years
- Any field of study
- South African
- Good academic results—Maintained a minimum of 60%
- Financially needy
- Must not hold any other bursary
- Willingness to undergo development program (not compulsory)
- Have matriculated from a high school located within a De Beers operating area, legacy operating area, or labor-sending area in South Africa
- Be prepared to work a set number of hours a week during term time as an intern at the National Heritage and Cultural Studies Centre at the University
