Job Description

Purpose:
To undergo an intensive development program aimed at providing quality support service to the mine and acquiring competencies that will enable the incumbent to form part of the talent pool in line with ZAC’s Talent management and Succession strategy.

The following learnership Programs are open for applications:

Processing Learner

Requirements: 

• Grade 12 with Mathematics  and Physical Science

Basic Coal Prep Learner

Requirements: 

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science

Electrician Learner

Requirements:

• N2 electrical trade theory, N2 mathematics, N2 engineering science and N2 engineering drawing.
• N6 will be advantageous

Diesel Mechanic Learner

Requirements:

• N2 Mathematics, N2 engineering science, N2 engineering drawing, N2 diesel or motor trade theory.
• N6 Will be advantageous

Boilermaker Learner

Requirements:

• N2 mathematics, N2 engineering science, N2 platers and structural steel drawing, N2 platers trade theory.
• N6 will be advantageous
