The following Experiential Training Programmes are open for application:

Financial Management Leaner
Ref No: KAT/05/2021

Requirements:

• N6 Certificate in Financial Management.

Responsibilities:

• Screening bursary applications as well as the supporting documentation and submitting to the Financial Aid Clerk;
• Follow up with campuses for outstanding bursary documentation or information;
• Data capturing of bursary information;
• Responsible for filling of bursary documents;
• Doing calculations as required;
• Recording, organising and retrieving bursary information and documents (ITS);
• Dealing with telephone calls, making and receiving, and other delegated duties.

Management Assistant Leaner
Ref No: KAT/04/2021

Requirements:

• N6 Certificate in Management Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in all administration and office tasks and duties as assigned;
• Telephone calls;
• Rendering customer service;
• Information processing (memoranda, letters, e-mail, internet, minutes, etc.);
• Filing of documentation and records;
• Collecting post / faxes and distributing to relevant staff, as required;
• Capturing of data;
• Registration of students;
• ITS
