Requirements:

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme:

• You must have graduated with an advanced degree like a Bachelors’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university with 0 or less than 3 years of work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You need to be a South African citizen
• You are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell.
