Matric with Mathematics and: 

• A technical standard of education at the post-matric level (N3 upward)
• Manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
• Preparedness to work shifts and overtime (scheduled/unscheduled)
• A good, responsible decision maker
• A good team player
• Basic computer literate
• Willingness to acquire maintenance-related skills
•  Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Must be able to demonstrate an attitude of discipline, self-motivation and Perseverance, continue studying  
• Must display accountability and reliability in learning and practical work.     pplicants will be required to undergo relevant assessments.
