Graduate Programme Description

We want future rock stars to join our Young Talent Graduate Program. This programme will expose them to world-class Power Platform skills and the opportunity to work with Dimension Data to accelerate the digital transformation of our most strategic clients. 

Starting 01 July 2023, this programme is aimed at graduates who are passionate about how technology can transform business and have a tertiary education with a development focus.

Interest, curiosity and/or knowledge of Process Engineering, Application Development, Chatbot Development and Report Development in a business context is beneficial in this role.

Requirements for application:

• South African citizen
• Under the age of 25
• Tertiary education – 3-year Diploma or Degree that includes the following:
  • Object Oriented Programming
  • Database design
  • Data Integrity
  • Coding in languages such as C# / C++ / Java / Python, etc.
  • Good coverage of the overall Software Development Life Cycle

Skills and Competencies:

• Introductory experience with documenting solutions
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills
• Innovative and proactive in solving problems and improving processes/tools
• Analytical, self-motivated, responsible, flexible and with a positive work attitude
• A logical approach to problem-solving
