Graduate Programme Description
Our graduate programme blends theoretical learning of hard and soft skills with practical experience. Through a number of rotations, you are exposed to the full life lifecycle of the CIB Technology business, from application and technology architecture through the disciplines of analysis, design, build and testing of systems to the operation, maintenance and support of live production environments.
Upon completion of the programme, you will have the necessary experience to kick-start your career and identify your first home in CIB Technology, a place where you can contribute to the broader success of Standard Bank Group.
