Internship Description

The City of Johannesburg (CoJ), Group Group Information Communication Technology & Information Management Department is offering Internship opportunities to suitably qualified and unemployed graduates. The Internship will run for a period NOT exceeding eighteen (18) months.

Position Title: Information Technology Internship
Duration: 18 Months contract
Stipend: R9 043,21 pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks;
• Participate in meetings with supervisor;
• Provide Backup technical support for the network team;
• Provide user training for hardware and software;
• Assist in maintaining inventory list and records;
• Respond to user requests for services, troubleshoot problems;
• Perform other tasks as assigned per request.

Requirements:

• Grade 12/NQF level 4;
• National Diploma / Degree in:
  • Information Technology
