Graduate Programme Description

The Graduate Programme is an entry-level learning initiative to source, build and create a sustainable pipeline of talented people who will support business in meeting their objectives. It provides the Grads with a blend of theoretical training and on-the-job practical workplace experience.

The Old Mutual Insure Graduate programme is aimed at graduates seeking invaluable work experience and offers a platform geared at providing ambitious, emerging talent a springboard into the professional world.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• You must be on track to complete any of the following qualifications:
  • BSc Information Technology (Security and Network)
  • BSc Information Systems
  • BSc Hons in Computer Science with Cyber Security

• NB. BSc honours would be an added advantage
• You must have a minimum academic average of 60% across your studies.
• You must be willing to relocate to Johannesburg.
• You must have zero (0) or less than 2 years of relevant work experience
• You must be a South African citizen
