Internship Description

The purpose is to give practical work experience to students who are in their final year of study and have a prerequisite to have practical work experience in order to obtain their qualification. The successful candidate will be expected to enter a 12-month contract commencing on 01 February 2024 and terminating on 31 January 2025.

Locations: Johannesburg and Stellenbosch

• HR Systems
• Talent Management
• Labour relations
• Benefit Administration
• Training and Development

Requirements:

To qualify, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• The final year of obtaining a Human Resources related tertiary qualification – Degree / Diploma;
• Must be a South African citizen;
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Sound communication and presentation skills;
• Effective time management;
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team
