Internship Description

You as an Intern in Human Resources will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Participating in a management practice program in partnership with a selected business school to expose you to the Business value chain so that you can accelerate your knowledge of the business environment and understand the role you play.
• For Engineering related fields, partnering with an excellent provider who will develop both your technical and professional skills and lead you on a road to registration with ECSA.
• Taking up various soft skills to help you develop both personal and professional etiquette and help you navigate the world of work and speak the business language.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in: Human Resources
• Should have a sound learning attitude.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
