Required Documents:
Submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation along with your completed application form:
- ID document (certified copy)
- Grade 11 final results and Matric latest results, if currently in Matric (certified copy)
- Matric certificate, if completed Matric (certified copy)
- Most academic records, if currently studying (certified copy)
- Proof of registration/ acceptance at the tertiary institute (on institutions letterhead)
- Breakdown of study fees (on institutions letterhead)
- Doctor’s letter confirming disability, if applicable
- Affidavit confirming parents’ or guardians’ job
- Motivation Letter and short Curriculum Vitae (maximum 2 pages)
- Proof of Durban residential address, if applicable

Please note:
- Application forms must be submitted in PDF or Word format.
- No hard-copy applications will be accepted (only emailed applications will be considered).
NB. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by 31 March 2023 at the latest – If you do not receive any feedback by this date, please accept that your application was unsuccessful. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview before the final selection is made.
