Internship Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting by accurately auditing all recruitment, employment and IR files.
- Updating staff and employee information as per specific projects, such as contact details, beneficiaries etc.
- Ensure all employee records are properly filed and can be easily accessed, whether physical or on the HRIS.
- Capturing of information and collating spreadsheets when and if required as per assigned projects.
- Liaising and coordinating with relevant stakeholders as per assigned projects ensuring that all deliverables are met within the quality expectations and at the agreed timeline.
- Preparing all new hire paperwork
- Creating new personnel files
- Screening and handling all telephone calls and general emails relating to queries and requests.
- Scheduling of meetings, boardroom bookings and any other general meeting administration
Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree in: Human Resources Management
