Internship Description
The Controlling graduate is responsible for assisting the controlling team in order to guarantee and optimise the plant’s financial performance and competitiveness. Supports the Controlling team on the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all financial procedures
- Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance-related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings, …)and internal control basics
- Assist in providing reliable financial / controlling information
- Providing data for budget, periodic forecast, and other reporting …
- Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency
- Update information in the ERP System
- Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control …
- Collaborate with Shared Service Center to obtain/provide proper finance information
- Contribute to the control and management of the plant’s operating cashflow (capex, inventories overdue)
Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree in: Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge and experience: 1-year experience in the automotive industry.
- Languages: Good communication and computer skills
