Graduates Job Description

The purpose of this programme is to provide graduates with advanced workplace learning in a specialised discipline or sub-discipline in their field of study.

Minimum Requirements:

• Medically Fit
• Pass Client Screening, which includes criminal record screening
• Pass Client Induction
• Unemployed
• Be willing to do psychometric assessments
• Fraser Alexander will do background screening of qualifications
• Candidate must not have been in a similar graduate programme before
• Successful candidates must be willing to relocate to any Fraser Alexander Sites within SA

The following Graduate / InternshipPrograms are open for applications:

Graduate: Business Improvement

Candidate must have a Bachelor of Engineering in:

• Industrial Engineering
• Metallurgy Engineering
• Chemical Engineering

Graduate: Mechanical Engineering

• Must be in possession of a Mechanical Engineering degree

Graduate: Electrical Engineering

• Must be in possession of a Electrical Engineering degree

Graduate: Human Resources Management

• Candidate must have Honours in Human Resources Management

Graduate: Procurement (Supply Chain)

• Candidate must have either a BTech or Degree in Supply Chain Management

Graduate: Finance / Accounting

• Candidate must have either a BTech or Degree in Accounting / Finance

Graduate: HR Development

• Candidate must have either a BTech, Degree in Human Resources Management

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Coding in Python, R, SQL or DAX (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
