Job Description

The main purpose of the position:

A two-year graduate programme where the successful candidate will receive practical exposure to the Retail and the maintenance of administrative functions that relate to client finance.

Minimum Requirements:    

• Agric / B.Com with Agriculture, B.Com or equivalent qualification;
• Previous experience in an agricultural environment advantageous;
• Valid drivers licence.

Skills:

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Computer literate (MS Office);
• Good numerical ability;
• Good organisational skills;
• Must be able to thrive under pressure;
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
• The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of good customer service and marketing
• Inventory and shelf control
• Execution and control of administrative functions;
• Management of finances and cash handling;
• Management of staff;
• Asset management and maintenance.
