Your Opportunity 

• Schedule Training interventions as per training plan, according to BBBEE requirements and DOJO support .
• Internal communication .
• Administrative activities related to all HR functions (e.g Training, recruitment, IR ) .
• Exposure and maintain Training records .
• Personnel Administration support
• Assist in recruitment process .
• Attend to and followup on assigned projects/tasks.  

Minimum Qualification:

• Matric .
• National Diploma / B-Tech in Human Resources .

Competencies:

• Computer literate .
• Good interpersonal / communication skills.
• Good understanding of HR  processes and procedures .
• Willingness to develop in the HR field.
